Product Introduction:The UV aging chamber uses fluorescent UV lamps as the light source, and simulates the UV radiation and condensation in natural sunlight to conduct accelerated weather resistance tests on the materials, in order to obtain the results of material weather resistance.
Product Usage:This machine is used to test the degree of product and material aging in non-metallic materials and organic materials (such as coatings, paints, rubber, plastics and their products) under changes in climate conditions such as sunlight, humidity, temperature, condensation, etc., and to obtain discoloration, fading and other conditions in a short period of time.

6、 Light source:
1. The light source uses 8 UV series fluorescent tubes with a rated power of 40W as the light source, distributed on both sides of the machine, with 4 tubes on each side;
2. There are UVB-313, UV-A340, UV-C365 light sources available for users to choose from and configure; (Choose one)
3. The luminescence spectrum energy of UV-B313 lamps is mainly concentrated around the wavelength of 313m;
4. The luminescence spectrum energy of UV-A340 lamps is mainly concentrated around the wavelength of 340nm;
5. The luminescence spectrum energy of UV-C365 lamps is mainly concentrated around the 365nm wavelength;
6. Due to the gradual decay of the energy output of fluorescent lamps over time, in order to reduce the impact of light energy decay on the experiment, this test box replaces an old lamp with a new lamp every quarter of the lifespan of the fluorescent lamp among all 8 lamps. In this way, the ultraviolet light source is always composed of new and old lamps, resulting in a constant output of light energy;
7、 Spray control:
1. Spray uniformity adjustment: Using the manual control function of the controller, observe the spray condition while the door is open, and adjust or replace the nozzle accordingly.
2. Spray status monitoring: The machine is equipped with a spray device that simulates temperature fluctuations and rainwater erosion during rain. There are several nozzles in total that spray evenly. The timing and duration of spraying are freely set by the customer.
3. Users need to prepare deionized water with pressure.
4. Drainage: There needs to be a drainage ditch on the floor near the host.

8、 Safety protection device:
1. Protective door lock: If the lamp is on and the door of the box is opened, the machine will automatically cut off the power supply to the lamp and enter a balanced cooling state to prevent harm to the human body. The safety door lock meets the safety protection requirements of IEC 047-5-1.
2. Over temperature protection inside the box: When the temperature inside the box exceeds 93 ℃; At 10%, the machine will automatically cut off the power supply to the lamp and heater, and enter a balanced cooling state.
